ETQ seeking Portable diesel and gas Generator
outside Sales Rep. The overall responsibility of the position is to increase
sales of the company’s high quality portable diesel and gas generators; air
compressor; pressure washer; pump; welder etc. through product introductions and
hands-on demonstrations. Your responsibilities will include establish and
maintain relationship with distributor or dealer to effectively sell and service
these products.
REQUIREMENTS
• Portable Generator wholesale or distribution
experience – a thorough understanding of portable generators (Their function,
engine and generator sizing parameters, operation, areas of applications, etc.)
• The ability to size, demonstrate, and explain operation of the equipment.
• An understanding of how to sell the benefits available from well designed,
high quality generating equipment.
• The ability to meet prospective customers and quickly establish a
professional rapport and relationship.
• Experience calling on a variety of sales/distribution channels (dealers,
distributors, rental businesses, etc.) is highly desirable.
• You must be an excellent communicator with the energy and enthusiasm
required to seek out and call on a variety of potential customers.
