When loaded up with 4500-watt resistive load, the voltage on my DWG6LE drops from 245 volts to 170 volts and does not recover. It also is not able to start a 3HP air compressor. How can I correct this? |

The DWG6LE has two output plugs on the generator side that are 2000 watts. On the welder side it has 4000 watts of available energy. Make certain that your load does not exceed the thresholds listed in your owner’s manual. |

I did not receive the nozzles mentioned in my pressure washer owner’s manual. How can I get them? |

We apologize for this error. We do not package, nor do we carry nozzles for this unit. While there are nozzles commercially available for similar units, we cannot ensure their proper fit on our unit. Please note that use of ill-fitting nozzles will void your warranty for related damages. |
